Bristol’s refurbished BLOK building has become home to South West construction property consultants Coreus Group, which has set up a new regional office there.
Real estate firm Boultbee Brooks, which has offices in Cheltenham, Hereford and London, bought the tired-looking 1980s property in 2021 and has reimagined it via an extensive £12 million refurbishment.

It offers 70,000 sq ft of office space and 11,000 sq ft of welfare and amenity space, including a communal lounge, meeting rooms, roof terrace, and gym. It is now at 65% capacity.
Coreus Group has taken 1,500 sq ft and joins the likes of Basekit, 5 Values Consulting, RWK Goodman and Irwin Mitchell Solicitors.
